Executive Director of Winner Mindset
Arnetta Longmire founded Winner Mindset in 2020, driven by her lived experiences and a deep understanding of the limited mental health resources within the black community. Under her leadership, Winner Mindset has become a vital support system for college-aged students and young adults, fostering meaningful connections and promoting mental wellness. Arnetta’s empathetic approach has paved the way for impactful collaborations, and her pursuit of licensure as a certified Prevention Specialist Assistant and Peer Recovery Supporter highlights her unwavering commitment to this mission.
Aysia Mack
Director of Marketing
Aysia Mack, a graduate student at Xavier University, has been an integral part of Winner Mindset since its inception. As the Director of Marketing, she has played a key role in developing new initiatives to support the organization’s mission and reach today’s youth through technology. Aysia’s dedication and strategic vision continue to drive the growth and impact of Winner Mindset.
Dr. Parris Carter
Director of Strategy
Dr. Parris Carter serves as the Director of Strategy for Winner Mindset, bringing a wealth of expertise in process improvement, human development and diversity, equity and inclusion. As the previous Inaugural Dean of the Graduate College at Wiley University, Dr. Carter has held leadership roles including Vice President for Student Engagement and Success at Wilberforce University and Associate Vice President for Student Affairs at Howard University. With extensive experience in crisis prevention, counseling services and leadership development, he has also led initiatives such as the National Minority Male Health Project. Dr. Carter’s strategic guidance and unique insights have supported numerous nonprofits and organizations in advancing equity practices and fostering inclusive cultures.
Kristin Beaulieu
Director of Communications
Kristin Beaulieu is an experienced educator with a strong foundation in both general and specialized teaching practices, as well as expertise in human development and the Montessori Philosophy. Her background includes developing individualized education plans and implementing mental health interventions, enabling her to address diverse needs effectively. As the Director of Communications for Winner Mindset, Kristin is passionate about advocating for equitable resources and support systems, ensuring that students thrive both academically and emotionally.
JeMiah Israel
Director of Programming
JeMiah Israel brings her passion for advocacy and education to Winner Mindset as the Director of Programming. An Education Specialist for a nonprofit, she works to remove barriers for youth in foster care by collaborating with school administrators, teachers and counselors to support their academic success. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in history, JeMiah’s research focuses on 19th-century African American history and slavery. Her dedication to empowering underserved youth and her scholarly expertise make her a valuable asset to the organization.
Alysia Longmire
Director of Sustainability
With over 25 years of experience in behavioral health, Alysia Longmire serves as the Director of Sustainability for Winner Mindset. She has extensive expertise in substance use prevention, addressing childhood trauma, and youth engagement. Alysia has worked as a consultant for various nonprofits and was instrumental in coordinating the People of Color Wellness Alliance (POCWA). In addition to her role at Winner Mindset, she serves on the board of Q-Kidz, a nonprofit offering dance and educational programs for local youth. Her deep knowledge and commitment to community well-being continue to drive impactful change.
